SCHOOL POLICIES

Students must carry their license for in car Driving Lessons.

The duration of the lessons are either 55 min or 85 min. 5 minutes of which will be used at the end to provide feedback to the student and send them home with notes.

Maximum people allowed in car during a lesson is 2.

Payment must be made at the time of booking each driving lesson, road test or selected driving package.

If you need to reschedule a lesson please give your instructor 48 hours notice to avoid a $50 No show/late cancellation fee.

If there is a serious need to receive a refund for a course that has already been paid, you have up to 7 days after payment for refund minus 20% booking fee.

NO REFUNDS after 7 days from purchase.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy

To help keep lessons running on time and provide reliable service to all students, B-Safe Driving offers designated pick-up and drop-off locations for students living in certain areas:

Upper Mission: Pick-up and drop-off will be at H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre.
Rutland: Pick-up and drop-off will be at Orchard Park Mall.
Glenrosa: Pick-up and drop-off will be at Save On Foods on Dobbin Road.

Students are asked to arrive at their designated meeting location on time and ready for their lesson. These meeting points help us minimize travel time between appointments and ensure that every student receives their full scheduled driving lesson.
