Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule a lesson please give your instructor 48 hours notice to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee. If there is a serious need to cancel or receive a refund for a course that has already been paid, you have up to 7 days after payment for refund minus 20% booking fee. After 7 days from purchase there are NO REFUNDS Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy To help keep lessons running on time and provide reliable service to all students, B-Safe Driving offers designated pick-up and drop-off locations for students living in certain areas: Upper Mission: Pick-up and drop-off will be at H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre. Rutland: Pick-up and drop-off will be at Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna. Glenrosa: Pick-up and drop-off will be at Save-On-Foods on Dobbin Road. Students are asked to arrive at their designated meeting location on time and ready for their lesson. These meeting points help us minimize travel time between appointments and ensure that every student receives their full scheduled driving lesson.
